Introduction

Fong-Ming, Hao is Dean of the College of Law and Professor at Shih Chien University, where his areas of expertise include civil law, social law, social welfare law, national health insurance law, labor law, workers' insurance law, labor laws and policies, labor legislation, labor administration and welfare, and employment safety system. Professor Hao received his Doctor of Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, France (also known as Paris II).

Professor Hao has a distinguished career spanning higher education leadership and public administration. He has served as Vice President of National Chung Cheng University, Dean of the College of Law at National Chung Cheng University, and Director of the Center for Research on Aging and Cross-Disciplinary Innovation at National Chung Cheng University. In the public sector, he has held high-ranking government positions, including Political Deputy Minister of the Council of Labor Affairs, Political Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labor, and Acting Minister of the Ministry of Labor.
