Introduction

Chung-Yuan, Jiang is Associate Professor at Shih Chien University, where his areas of expertise include civil property law, civil family law, maritime law, contract law, international sales law, and international trade law. Professor Jiang received his S.J.D. from Southern Methodist University, U.S.A.

Professor Jiang has extensive experience in academic administration and public service. He has served as Section Chief of Registration under the Office of Academic Affairs, Director of the Office of Research and Development, and Section Chief of Institutional Development under the Office of Research and Development at Shih Chien University. Internationally, he has served as a Visiting Scholar at the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. In addition, he has contributed his professional expertise to public governance as a member of the National Compensation Claim Processing Committee under the Ministry of National Defense.
