Introduction

Ruei-Siang, Li is Assistant Professor at Shih Chien University, where his areas of expertise include criminal law (or criminal law and criminology), criminal procedure/court organization, and artificial intelligence and law. Professor Li received his Ph.D. in Law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Würzburg, Germany.

Professor Li has a diverse professional background combining legal practice and academic research. He is a practicing attorney and has served as a Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Law, University of Würzburg in Germany. In addition, he has held key leadership and administrative roles in research institutions, serving as Deputy Secretary-General of the Artificial Intelligence Foundation and Deputy Secretary-General of the Artificial Intelligence Law International Research Foundation.
